Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate, monitor, and control construction costs throughout the project.
Prepare BOQs, cost plans, progress bills, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, logistics, and quality control on costs, materials, and site changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong mathematical, analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
