Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conduct material take-offs, review construction drawings, and assist with cost estimation and budget control. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Salary: MVR 15,000–20,000 per month
