Quality Assurance Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Quality Assurance professional to oversee and enhance service quality, operational standards, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Group's relevant companies and operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Security, Fire Safety, Compliance, or similar service operations.
• Proven experience in conducting inspections, audits, assessments, or operational reviews.
• Ability to develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills and experience managing or coordinating corrective and preventive actions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and conduct site inspections as required.
