Project Sales Executive

Location: Hulhumale

Job Role:
* Identify and develop new sales leads through field visits, networking, referrals and calls.
* Promote Gawin's interior solutions, custom furniture, curtains, carpentry and home furnishing products.
* Visit potential clients, properties, construction sites, guesthouses, hotels and businesses to identify sales opportunities.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Gawin products and services.
* Coordinate site visits, measurements, consultations and quotations with the relevant teams.
* Follow up with leads and quotations to convert opportunities in to sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, designers and business owners.
* Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales and lead records.
* Monitor market opportunities and support exhibitions, campaigns and other sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Diploma or Professional Certificate in Sales / Marketing will be preferred.
* Previous B2B / B2C experience in sales, field sales, project sales, business development, or customer service is a must.
* Experience in interior, furniture, construction, home improvement, hospitality, or related industries will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Confident in approaching new customers and developing business relationships.
* Target-driven with a strong interest in field sales and business development.
* Ability to work independently and actively search for new sales opportunities.
* Good follow-up, reporting, and customer relationship management skills.
* Basic computer skills and ability to prepare/update sales reports.
* Must be willing to travel frequently for customer and project visits.
* Driving license will be an added advantage.
