Project Logistics Supervisor

Purpose of the role

Be the person who makes things physically happen — chasing materials, deliveries and site access so the programme stays on track. Must know the island, the suppliers and how to get things moving is the job.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement against the planner's look-ahead — place orders, chase suppliers, confirm delivery dates.
• Coordinate deliveries to site and to the factory, and sort out site access.
• Track materials in and flag shortages before they stop work.
• Do the run-arounds that keep projects moving on the ground.
• Report status daily to the coordinator and planner.

Requirements
• Knows Malé suppliers and the local logistics reality.
• Organised, reliable, good on the phone and in person with suppliers.
• Driving licence and site experience are a plus.
• This is a doing role, not a desk role — comfortable being out and about all day.

Salary & Remunaration

- Basic Salary: MVR 12,000.00 (condition to meeting above requierement)
- Project Completion Commission, based on Project Collection.
- Other benifits as per the employment law of the Maldives.
