Production Supervisor

Lead our production team and ensure every WaveCraft boat is built with precision, quality, and on-time delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team.
Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure quality standards and workplace safety requirements are followed.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production.
Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain efficient workflow and high production standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in boatbuilding, marine manufacturing, or a related industry.
Proven experience in production supervision or team leadership.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of FRP, composites, and marine production processes is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
