PRIMARY HEALTHCARE WORKER

Job Overview:
- Society for Health Education (SHE) is looking for a Primary Healthcare Worker to provide Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) related services to clients. The position is based in Male' with working hours from 0800 HRS to 1430 HRS. Salary range is MRF 9,230.00 – 11,470.00 depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SRH activities with the supervision of SRH Director.
- Provide counselling on family planning and SRH issues.
- Follow up with clients during clinical duty.
- Participate in SRH activities for island visits and mobile clinics.
- Prepare write-ups on SRH issues for IEC Materials.
- Maintain correspondence and records.
- Ensure sufficient contraceptive stocks and proper storage of drugs.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Primary Health care with minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
- Registered under Maldives Allied Health council.
- Experience in Sexual Reproductive Health is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven ability to work in clinical settings.
