PRIMARY HEALTHCARE WORKER

Job Overview:
- Society for Health Education (SHE) is looking for a Primary Healthcare Worker to provide Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) related services. The role is based in Male’ and involves both clinical duties and outreach activities. Salary range is MRF 9,230.00 – 11,470.00 based on qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SRH related activities in health trips & general health education.
- Provide counselling on family planning and other SRH issues.
- Regular follow up of clients while on clinical duty.
- Participate in island visits and mobile family clinics for SRH activities.
- Identify and prepare write-ups on SRH issues for IEC Materials.
- Maintain applicable correspondence and records.
- Ensure sufficient contraceptive stocks and correct storage of drugs.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Primary Health care.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
- Registered under Maldives Allied Health council.
- Work experience in Sexual Reproductive Health is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and typing in Dhivehi and English.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Capacity to listen and apply clinical knowledge relevant to the job.
- Proven ability to work effectively in different clinical settings.
