Job Overview:
- The Hawks Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals for the position of Mason. The work location is Kamadhoo and the salary is negotiable based on experience and qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform masonry works including bricklaying, block work, plastering, concrete finishing, tiling, and other related construction activities.
- Prepare and mix construction materials such as cement, mortar, and concrete according to project requirements.
- Ensure all masonry works are completed to the required quality standards and project timelines.
- Operate and maintain masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any construction defects, material shortages, or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow company policies, site procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Mason in construction projects.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
- Reliable, disciplined, and committed to quality workmanship.
