Job Vacancy: Marketing & Designing Assistant

Location: Redwave Head Office, Malé

Redwave Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Designing Assistant to support our marketing activities, digital content creation, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of products, events, and promotional activities for online marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Edit and enhance images using professional editing tools to maintain the company’s brand standards and visual identity.
- Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Create engaging digital content for social media, website, and other online platforms.
- Update and maintain website content and digital marketing materials.
- Assist the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure all marketing content is timely, relevant, creative, and aligned with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in photography, including product and event photography.
- Strong knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience assisting with marketing events, promotions, or product launches will be an advantage.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field is preferred.
