Manager - Sales & Marketing

PURPOSE: To lead the company's sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth, increase client acquisition, and strengthen brand presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead and supervise the corporate and retail sales teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's client base.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Oversee preparation of insurance proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with technical & underwriting and claims departments to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Supervise digital marketing activities including social media presence and online engagement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to improve service offerings.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client relationship management.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance support to the sales and marketing team.
• Represent the company at business meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
