VACANCY – MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities of our properties and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities.
- Carry out and oversee electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry and general maintenance works.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Attend to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors and external service providers when required.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance works, equipment and materials.
- Monitor maintenance supplies, tools and spare parts.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and according to required standards.
- Support emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.
- Report maintenance issues and work progress to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably within hotels, hospitality or property management.
- Good practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general maintenance.
- Previous supervisory experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requirements.
- Flexible and willing to attend urgent maintenance matters when required.
