MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

WE’RE HIRING – MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

MHC Group is looking for a reliable, hands-on, and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our facilities and operational assets.

The role involves assisting with general repair and maintenance work, carrying out routine inspections, supporting preventive maintenance, attending to minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical issues, and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed safely and on time.

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in maintenance, technical work, facilities, construction, marine, resort, or a similar environment is preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general repair work

Ability to use basic tools and maintenance equipment safely

Good problem-solving skills

Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly

Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible hours when required

Good communication and teamwork skills

A responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude

The ideal candidate should be practical, dependable, proactive, safety-minded, and willing to assist wherever required.
