Logistics & Sales Coordinator

Qualifications & Requirements:

– O' Level Standard and above
– Two Years Experience in similar fields would be an advantage
– Computer skills, Good communication skills in English & Dhivehi
– Ability to work in a team environment and can manage time efficiently
– Pleasant personality
- Daily sales quotations, handle PO from clients and update in Sales software on a daily basis
- Use of MS Outlook to communicate with clients and vendors
- Deliver sales targets in line with or ahead of targets, ensuring that sales are delivered or exceeded through a combination of own and pre-sale delivery.
- Complete business processes on time and in full, ensuring the accuracy of information and data.
- Should maintain a pleasant presentation consistently while having strong composure and perseverance to adjust to challenging situations.
- Coordinate Deliveries on a regular basis, must be available to cordinate off duty requests.

Job Brief

Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
