Junior Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Echo Events Pvt Ltd is looking for a Young motivated, creative, and organised Junior Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, marketing, client relations, and the events industry. You’ll work closely with our sales, creative, and operations teams to support client acquisition, marketing campaigns, event projects, and day-to-day coordination.

Requirments:
* Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
* 0-2 years experience in marketing, sales, or event coordination
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, content posting/boosting)
* Good organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Knowledge of adobe tools is an added advantage
Responsibilities
* Assist in generating and qualifying sales leads
* Support event promotion campaigns (social media, email, partnerships)
* Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
* Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
* Track marketing performance and sales data
* Schedule client meetings and follow-ups
* Maintain and update CRM (CustomerRelationship Database)
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
* Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
* Collect client feedback post-event

Renumeration :
Baisc Salary: MVR 7,000 - 10,000
(Negotiable based on qualifications and experience, with additional performance-based commission.)
