Junior Associate

MCo Lawyers is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Associate to join our legal practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various practice areas, including taxation, corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, and litigation and dispute resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and advice.

Draft and review contracts, legal documents, pleadings and correspondence.

Assist in handling litigation and dispute resolution matters, including court and tribunal proceedings.

Support corporate, commercial and regulatory advisory matters.

Communicate with clients, regulatory authorities and other relevant parties.

Work closely with the legal team to ensure the timely and effective delivery of legal services.
