Interior Architect

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person to join our company as an Interior Architect. The position is based locally in Male’, Maldives, with 1 vacancy available. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior design concepts and solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, objectives, and budget constraints.
- Prepare space plans, layouts, elevations, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor elements.
- Manage interior design projects from concept development through completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project cost estimates and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Produce and maintain detailed design documentation, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other relevant architectural software.
- Excellent design, technical, communication, and presentation skills.
