Job Overview:
Smart Own Maldives Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR Professional to manage various HR functions. This role involves overseeing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll, benefits, insurance, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain HRIS, staff records, and all HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, performance support, and HR communications.
- Coordinate staff engagement activities, events, and company calendar.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, work permits, visas, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or higher in HR or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English & Dhivehi.
- Knowledge of HR practices, SOPs, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
- High level of integrity.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
