HR Manager

Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources team at The Hawks Pvt Ltd located in Male’, Republic of Maldives. The successful candidate will oversee HR functions, develop HR strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals. 01 opening is available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Thorough knowledge of Xpat System
- Administer employee benefits and compensation
- Payroll management of all employees to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Lead performance management and professional development initiatives
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports
- Promote a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in HR management or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
