Head of Logistics

Job Overview:
- The Head of Logistics is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all logistics and supply chain operations across Cristallo Pvt Ltd. The role involves overseeing import and export logistics, customs clearance, air and sea freight, and ensuring efficient operations at project sites in Malé, Maldives. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all logistics operations across Cristallo Pvt Ltd and its project sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all import and export activities, including customs clearance.
- Ensure customs documentation and shipping documents are prepared accurately.
- Liaise with Maldives Customs Service, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department for timely delivery of goods.
- Develop logistics schedules to support project timelines.
- Monitor shipment progress and implement corrective actions for delays.
- Supervise transportation operations including third-party providers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics costs.
- Prepare logistics reports for Directors.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5–8 years experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Maldives Customs procedures and regulations.
- Experience in construction or project logistics is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Maldivian driving license and own motorcycle required.
