Job Overview:
- We are looking for a Head Chef with a Culinary Degree or Diploma and at least 5 years of experience, preferably with Maldivian experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations.
- Manage cold kitchen and pastry/baking sections.
- Ensure food safety standards are met with HACCP or equivalent certification.
