Guest Relations Officer – Zipline

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to welcome guests at our zipline and ensure their visit is smooth, safe, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage bookings and check-ins for zipline rides.
- Brief guests on the experience, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and payments professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations team to keep schedules on time.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in guest relations, front office or tourism is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident, friendly, and well-presented.
- Comfortable working outdoors in an adventure setting.
- Flexible and willing to support other departments as part of a multi-skilled team.
