Finance Manager

Job Overview:
- Oxiqa is looking for a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations. This full-time, permanent role requires managing financial controls, cash flow, billing, and collections. The salary is MVR 25,000 /- based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day financial operations.
- Manage the full finance cycle including billing and collections.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records across affiliated entities.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and cash position.
- Oversee financial processes for procurement and contracts.
- Establish internal controls and financial procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in SMEs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
- Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Strong financial judgement and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of financial controls and cost management.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
