F&B Supervisor

Job Overview:
- Osvana Group is looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure exceptional service. The position is located in Male, Maldives, with 1 opening available. Salary is competitive, but not specifically stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule the F&B service team and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene and food safety.
- Manage stock, ordering and cost control in coordination with the kitchen.
- Handle guest feedback and train team members.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ F&B experience, including in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Organised, hands-on and calm under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to support other departments as part of a multi-skilled team.
