Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with principal/agents/customers and local authorities
- Report documents to authorities and local agents
- Coordinate delivery/transfer of documents and shipments
- Handle air/sea freight shipments (imports and exports)
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or related field (preferably in logistics)
- Good command in Dhivehi & English
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills
- Computer Literacy and good at handling e-mails
