JOB SUMMARY

Officer – Business Development is responsible for driving company's growth and profitability by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and cultivating client relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION
💠 Coordinate and monitor project activities from planning through completion
💠 Carry out regular site inspections and monitor work progress
💠 Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
💠 Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
💠 Assist with material planning, quantity verification and procurement requirements
💠 Prepare project progress reports, schedules and related documentation
💠 Identify site issues and follow up on corrective measures
💠 Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards and project timelines
💠 Attend project sites across Maldives as required

QUALIFICATION
💠 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
💠 Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
💠 Ability to read and understand technical drawings
💠 Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD
💠 Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
💠 Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities
💠 Willing to travel regularly to project sites across Maldives
