Draftsman

Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical and MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD.
- Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings for ongoing and completed projects.
- Revise drawings based on site changes and engineer or client comments.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and material lists from drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to confirm measurements and details.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and existing conditions when required.
- Maintain an organized record of drawings and revisions.
- Prepare drawings for tender submissions and authority approvals.
- Support other technical and project duties as needed.

Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Previous experience in electrical or MEP drafting.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
- Certificate or diploma in drafting, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

Working hours: 8:30 to 17:30, Saturday to Thursday.
