DIVE MASTER ( FEMALE)

Job Overview:
- Silver Sands, a leading company in the Maldives providing dive, water sports and excursions, is seeking an experienced Dive Master. The location is in the Maldives, with openings for female Dive Masters. Salary is competitive but not stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding divers and snorkelers of varying skill levels to local dive sites
- Managing the dive reception, handling guest reservations and diver registrations
- Issuing dive equipment
- Ensuring all gear is prepared for students and divers before guest arrivals
- Providing and facilitating the sale of water sports and diving promotional materials
- Assisting in other activities organized by the Dive and Water Sports Centre
- Ensuring compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient in English; additional languages (Russian, German, Spanish, French or Italian) are a plus
- Certified PADI Divemaster
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Confident with Operations SOPs, Activities and Procedures
- Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in water sports activities
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable
- Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus
