Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking an experienced Dive Master to join their team in the Maldives, providing excellence in guest experiences. This role requires a motivated individual dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Salary: Not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding divers and snorkelers to local dive sites.
- Managing dive reception and handling reservations.
- Preparing gear for students and divers.
- Selling water sports and diving promotional materials.
- Assisting with activities organized by the Dive and Water Sports Centre.
- Ensuring compliance with PADI safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Certified PADI Divemaster.
- Minimum 100 completed logged dives.
- Must have professional liability insurance.
- Familiar with Operations SOPs and Activities Procedures.
- Well-groomed and engaged in water sports activities.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Sales-driven with a guest-oriented focus.
