DIVE MASTER

Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking an experienced Dive Master to join their team in the Maldives, dedicated to excellence and guest experiences. Salary: Competitive. Openings: Not stated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding divers and snorkelers of varying skill levels to local dive sites
- Managing the dive reception, handling guest reservations, diver registrations, and issuing dive equipment
- Ensuring all gear is prepared for students and divers before guest arrivals
- Providing and facilitating for the sale of water sports and diving promotional materials, dive and water sports equipment
- Assisting in other activities organized and operated by the Dive and Water Sports Centre
- Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
- Certified PADI Divemaster
- Minimum 100 Completed logged dives
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Confident with Operations SOPs, Activities and Procedures
- Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in activities such as water sports
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable
- Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus
