DIRECTOR SRH

Job Overview:
- The Society for Health Education (SHE) is seeking a dynamic, values-driven, and experienced professional to lead its Sexual Reproductive Health Department as Director SRH. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of Sexual and Reproductive Health programs. Salary range is MRF 11,120.00 – 14,490.00.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategic planning and development as a member of the senior Management Team.
- Ensure service guidelines, referral systems and protocols are adhered to, and review programs and activities.
- Responsible for planning and implementing Sexual Reproductive Health Services.
- Participate in advocacy activities.
- Uphold and promote the organization's values and ethics.
- Supervise nurses at the Family Planning Centre.
- Prepare and submit activity reports.
- Assess clients and ensure proper referrals.
- Ensure adequate medical stocks and correct storage of drugs.
- Collect and analyze data accurately.
- Prepare write-ups on SRHR issues for IEC materials.
- Develop and review BCC strategies for SRH services.
- Participate in radio and TV programs and represent SHE in forums.
- Undertake relevant tasks assigned by CEO.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Public Health or Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Must be a Maldivian.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent team player with people management skills.
- Pleasant personality.
- Focused and target-oriented.
- Adaptable to changing work conditions.
- Able to work extended hours and travel as needed.
- Ability to plan, organize and implement activities.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand basic financial statements and work plans.
- Problem-solving skills.
