DIRECTOR SRH

Job Overview:
- The Society for Health Education (SHE) is looking for a dynamic professional to lead its Sexual Reproductive Health Department as Director SRH. The position involves supporting the development and implementation of Sexual and Reproductive Health programs. Work location is Not stated, with openings available. Salary range is MRF 11,120.00 – 14,490.00 based on qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategic planning and development of the organization.
- Ensure adherence to service guidelines, referral systems, and protocols.
- Plan and implement Sexual Reproductive Health Services.
- Participate in advocacy activities.
- Promote the organization's values relating to ethics and social responsibility.
- Supervise nurses at the Family Planning Centre.
- Prepare and submit activity reports.
- Assess clients and ensure appropriate referrals.
- Maintain medical stocks and equipment.
- Ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Prepare write-ups on SRHR issues.
- Develop BCC strategies to enhance SRH services effectiveness.
- Participate in media programs.
- Represent SHE in regional and national forums.
- Undertake tasks assigned by CEO.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Public Health or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Must be a Maldivian.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in team management.
- Adaptability to changing work conditions.
- Ability to work extended hours and travel.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements.
- Negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
