Customer Service & Sales Executive (Maldivian)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Maldivian Male to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating export shipments, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting business growth within the shipping and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Prepare freight quotations and provide shipping solutions to customers.
• Coordinate export bookings and shipment documentation.
• Monitor cargo movements and provide shipment updates.
• Follow up on shipments from booking confirmation until final delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in company systems.
• Liaise with customers, overseas offices, shipping partners, and operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare reports, sales documentation, and shipment updates.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational coordination.
Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Shipping, International Trade, Information Technology or a related field
✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in, Customer Service, Sales, Shipping & Logistics, Freight Forwarding, NVOCC or Liner Agency operations
✅ Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, English communication (written & spoken) Customer relationship management , Sales and negotiation, Problem-solving and time management
✅ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
✅ Willingness to work after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when operational requirements demand.
