Job Description:
- Meet and Greet all arrival and departure customers, assist with transfers / flight queries/ related issues.
- Provide excellent customer care and customer service to all visitors.
- Liaise with tour Operators and Hotel - co-mail, special request, VIPS, FAM trips etc.
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of English - Listening, Written and Speaking.
- Be flexible to work varying duty shifts.
- Be able to work under pressure and longer hours as required.
- Good time management
- Pleasant personality and attitude
