CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT

Job Overview:
- We are looking for full-time, energetic, friendly, and trustworthy candidates for the position of Customer Service Attendant at our outlets in Hulhumale’. The employer is LUI G PVT LTD with a salary range of MVR 8000 to 10,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Operate the POS system and accurately process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate cash handling and shift reconciliation.
- Coordinate with outlet team to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly and promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Assist with takeaway, delivery orders, product recommendations, and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the cashier and service area.
- Follow company, hygiene, and operational procedures and assist with opening, closing, and other outlet duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE O’ Levels.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English & Dhivehi (both written and spoken).
- Friendly personality.
- Hands-on experience in handling POS terminal will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work long hours.
