Job Opportunity: Customer Service Assistant (x1) - Full Time
Location: Male'
Pay Package: MVR 9,000 - 11,000
Working Hours: (8 hours per day) 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM | 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for young personnel that are ambitious, live an active, sports-oriented lifestyle, and are driven to provide exceptional services to our customers in our retail stores. Previous experience of working in fashion retail is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with product selection and styling advice.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
3. Assist in stock management, including replenishment and product display in line with brand guidelines.
4. Promote products and drive sales through exceptional service.
5. Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering a memorable shopping experience.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full-time (8 hours per day, 6 days a week).
• Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
