Job Overview:
- The Society for Health Education (SHE) is hiring a National Research Consultant to conduct a study on fertility, contraceptive use, and reproductive health morbidities in the Greater Malé Region. This role involves designing and leading a mixed-methods study to generate evidence on these topics. Work location: Greater Malé Region, Maldives. Openings: Not stated. Salary: Not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a desk review of relevant national policies and existing data.
- Develop research design and data collection methods.
- Obtain ethical clearance prior to data collection.
- Conduct data collection as per the approved protocol.
- Ensure data quality, consent, confidentiality, and protection measures.
- Analyze findings and develop recommendations.
- Present findings for stakeholder validation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant research experience.
- Experience in quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods research.
