Civil Engineer (Local)

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person to join Riyan Private Limited as a Civil Engineer. The position is located in Male’, Maldives with one vacancy available. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Architects and design team on efficient engineering design solutions.
- Prepare civil/structural design of buildings and components.
- Create civil/structural plans and specifications.
- Develop project estimates for civil/structural engineering.
- Draft civil/structural drawings using Auto Cad.
- Perform structural design calculations using modeling software.
- Review civil/structural drawings from other team members.
- Obtain approval from senior engineer prior to submission.
- Plan and schedule work for ongoing projects.
- Prepare condition assessment reports.
- Conduct site setting out and leveling as required.
- Make site visits within Male and other islands as necessary.
- Assist surveyors when needed.
- Inspect and approve on-site work.
- Address civil/structural queries from the site.
- Attend client meetings and liaise with team members.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
