Salary Range
18000 - 21000

Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate civil works across multiple assigned projects.

• Set monthly targets and coordinate with site engineers to ensure targets are met

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to Site Engineers at respective sites.

• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings and construction methodologies.

• Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of construction activities.

• Monitor project progress, critical activities, quality and construction standards.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely approvals.

• Resolve technical and construction-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.

• Review site reports, measurements and progress updates from Site Engineers.

• Monitor material requirements and delivery schedules in coordination with the project team.

• Identify delays, revise work schedules and coordinate recovery measures where required.

• Monitor recurring quality issues and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.

• Provide technical input for interim payment claims, variations and other project documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants and clients regarding inspections, approvals and technical matters.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, approved drawings and applicable standards.

• Regularly update the Project Manager on project progress, outstanding works, delays and key issues.

Qualifications
Proven working experience in civil engineering
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
License of professional engineer
BS/MA in Civil Engineering
