Job Overview:
- We are looking for a Chef de Partie with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with Maldivian experience. The candidate should have skills in Cold Kitchen and Pasty/Baking, as well as the ability to lead a kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team
- Prepare dishes in the Cold Kitchen
- Specialize in Pasty/Baking
- Ensure adherence to HACCP or equivalent food safety standards

- Certificate III or a Professional Cookery Certificate
- 3+ years of experience, preferably Maldivian experience
- Cold Kitchen and Pasty/Baking experience
