CASHIER / SALES ASSISTANTS

Job Overview:
- We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier / Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling payments, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure accurate billing and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Ensure that all sales are recorded and accompanied by the proper sales slips.
- Ensure minimal loss of merchandise through expiries, damage, theft or mishandling.
- Ensure that goods are replenished in the shelves without failure, in neat and orderly appearance.
- Maintain an awareness of all products, including promotions and advertisements.
- Ensure good grooming and presentations at all times while on the shop floor.

Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE O’ Level.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as needed.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
- Work experience (1 – 2 years) as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales.
- Good math skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
