We are looking for a Cashier / Barista. You’ll be responsible for providing fast, friendly service at the register plus crafting coffee. The ideal candidate should posses a welcoming personality to ensure every customer leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk in customers and take orders over the phone for delivery and takeaway
- Transaction Handling: Process cash and card payments accurately using the POS system.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages
- Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items.
- On the job training would be provided.
Requirements:
- Age below 30 years
- Good communication skills in English
- POS system experience is and added advantage
- Excellent customers service skills and proactive attitude
- Ability to do shift duties
- Team player
