Cashier / Call Operator

Job Overview:
- The Dough is seeking a Cashier / Call Operator to provide excellent customer service at their location in M. Flamingo, Majeedhee Magu. There is 1 vacancy available for a candidate who is self-motivated and can join immediately. Salary is MVR 9,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend to customer inquiries and assist with customer needs.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly attitude towards customers.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE O’ Level or completion of basic education.
- Experience in the customer service field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with others and remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated, patient, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to accept feedback and criticism positively.
- Must be able to join immediately.
- Open to local candidates only.
