Business Development Executive - Retail

We are seeking a and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive - Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Visit existing and potential customers (retail outlets) in Malé and Hulhumalé.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to expand client base.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the management.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Relevant sales experience in FMCG / direct selling / merchandising 1 to 2 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local market in Malé and Hulhumalé is an advantage.
Must be self-motivated, proactive, and result driven.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in English and (Dhivehi is an added advantage).
