Brand & Communications Manager / Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality Marketing and PR Services consistent with the Vision, Mission, and the Core Values of the Hospital.
Design and create Digital Marketing content including Photos, Videos, and Educational materials.
Design and oversee the production of Marketing Materials, Brochures, Posters, and Advertisements, etc.
Provide Senior Executive Leadership and support the Management to develop, extend and shape the marketing and PR Services of the hospital.
Lead initiatives to enhance visibility, strengthen brand reputation, and drive service growth.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Supervisory or Managerial Role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to develop creative marketing ideas and then build and execute them to attract customers.
