Job Overview:
- Silver Sands, the leading company providing dive, water sports, and excursions in the Maldives, is looking for highly motivated and self-disciplined Boat Crew members. The position is based in the Maldives, and the company offers a 12-month contract with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Hold a Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami).
- Bring experience in a related field (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be fluent in English communication.
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required.
