Job Overview:
- Silver Sands, a leading company in the Maldives providing dive, water sports, and excursions, is seeking highly motivated and self-disciplined Boat Crew to join their team. The role is based in the Maldives, and openings are available. Salary: Competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Hold a Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami).
- Utilize experience in related fields as a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Positive attitude required.
- Fluent in English.
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate.
- Experience in a related field is a plus.
