Job Description

Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is the leading company providing dive, water sports, and excursions in the Maldives. They are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Boat Captain to ensure the safety of passengers and crew. Work location: Maldives. Openings: Not stated. Salary: Competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew
- Operate vessels reliably and safely
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains
- Maintain all boats as per company standards

Qualifications & Experience:
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of resort experience required
