Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Boat Captain to ensure the safety of passengers and crew in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be reliable and skilled in vessel operations. Salary: Competitive (not specified).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew
- Operate vessels with a focus on safety
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains
- Maintain all boats as per company standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of resort experience required
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Must possess a positive attitude
