- Silver Sands is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Boat Captain to join their team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be reliable and skilled in vessel operations, committed to ensuring the safety of passengers and crew. Salary: Not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must possess a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
- Valid inboard and outboard license required.
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required.
- Capable of leading boat crews and assistant captains.
- Ability to maintain all boats as per company standards.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- At least 1 year of resort experience required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- At least 1 year of resort experience required.
- Valid inboard and outboard license required.
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
